3 drops Black Pepper
2 drops Chamomile
2 drops Marjoram
Add to a bowl of hot or cold water. Soak compress pad in mixture, wring out and applied to sore joints.
Inhalation Blend-for head congestion and sinusitis
2 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Pine
2 drops Peppermint
Add to a bowl of steaming water bend head over and cover head and bowl with towel in tent fashion. Inhale 5-10 minutes. Repeat as needed up to 5x a day.
Migraine Blend-for vaporizer
3 drops Basil
3 drops Peppermint
4 drops Lavender
Add to vaporizer and inhale deeply while sitting in a darkened room.
Blend for Irritability
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Chamomile
2 drops Neroli
Add directly to bath or to 3tsp grapeseed or sweet almond oil for massage.
Smelling Salts for Depression & Anxiety
1 TB coarse salt
add to it:
3 drops Bergamot oil
2 drops Geranium oil
3 drops of Petitgrain
-or-
1 drop of Neroli
Combine and store in a closed container, sniff as needed.
Blend all essential oils into a 5ml bottle and shake gently to combine. To use, place 1 or 2 drops of this blend onto your fire logs and allow time for the oils to permeate the wood. Burn logs and enjoy the fragrance they release!

To use these oils you can either add a few drops to an oil ring which sets on a light bulb and diffuses the scent (or an aromatherapy diffuser);blend a few drops of oils with a carrier oil-jojoba, sesame, even canola or olive in a pinch, a few drops in your bath water, humidifier, vaporizer
