Apple Cider Vinegar Remedies

Soothes sore throats and bronchospasms associated with bronchitis: bring apple cider vinegar to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Pour into a bowl and cover head and bowl with towel in tent like fashion. Inhale steam deeply.

Eases Thrush and yeast infections: either through bath, drink or compresses.

Add to bath water to help soothe skin and draw out toxins. Especially good for arthritis.

For Coughs and colds: Add to one cup of warm water: 2 Tb apple cider vinegar and honey to taste.

For Arthritis, asthma and thrush: Add to one cup of warm water: 3-4Tb apple cider vinegar and honey to taste.
